Responsibilities
Communicate with clients/responsible persons to understand their requirements
On a daily basis this person will be working with business stakeholders to identify the requirements, define user stories, creating and executing test scripts, and documenting
Understand current business process and provide functional design inputs for the proposed technology solution
Design and analyze functional specifications to meet business and technology needs
Coordinate with developers to build and implement the solutions
Efficiently planning, documenting integration between new systems, programs, and applications
Gathering critical information from meetings with various clients and producing useful reports
Gather feedback from end users about system performance and plan
Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
Ensuring that computer hardware & software used by application remains compatible with system enhancements and updates
Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects
Engaging successfully with software developers and testers to ensure quality delivery, on time planning, estimating, managing risks and issues, project reporting, managing stakeholders, and building strong relationships with all
